Table Manners and Wine Testing Course for Better Social Skills

The General Education Center of Chang Jung Christian University (CJCU) on December 18 invited Mr. Su Chih-Ping from 92 Ping Life Bistro to introduce students wine testing and table manners. Guided by Mr. Su, students learned must know table manners that will benefit their future social and work life. Mr. Su covered diverse topics in his talk including basic knowledge, seat arrangement, table setting,dinning etiquette, and food and wining pairing. These basics helped student enjoy meals comfortably and  confidently.
