CJCU Alumnus Lin Yu-tang’s National Long Jump Record Breaking Winning at the 2023 Asian Athletics Championships

Graduating from the Department of Athletic Sport of Chang Jung Christian University (CJCU), Lin Yu-tang participated in the 2023 Asian Athletics Championships in Bangkok on 15, July and won men's long-jump gold with a jump of 8.4 meters that smashed 30-year-old Taiwanese record of 8.34 meters. Lin secured a berth in the  men's long jump at the 2024 Olympics in Paris.
Lin’s finish made him the third athletes that will present Taiwan to compete in the 2024 Olympics in Paris and now he focused his training on World Championships held in August.
